Our Returns Policy

At HAPPY PAWS, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

• You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item.
• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
• To initiate a return, please use our contact form with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

• We replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please use our contact form.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items that have been used or are not in original condition.
• Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
